Well the court system was set up to interpret the constitution; they are the only branch of government to declare whether an action is constitutional or not.
I am accustomed to sleep and in my dreams to imagine the same things that lunatics imagine when awake.

Most challenges to the constitutional rights of citizens are fought in the Supreme Court.
2 lawyers argue in front of the Supremes .. The Supremes can ask questions and also access their own interpretations of the Constitution..to come to an opinion.

you want to google supreme court, they normally are the ones that deal with consitutional rights. understand what the constitutional rights are (includes bill of rights). then google some big supreme court decisions - today is the anniversary of roe vs. wade, that's a pretty massive constitutional right argument.

http://www.law.cornell.edu/supct/cases/conlaw.htm - look under Individual Decisions and Related Material, those are all cases involving the court system making decisions about our constitutional rights

http://www.infoplease.com/ipa/A0101289.html - with this one you see little summaries. you can just write about these cases and it's more than enough for a short essay

Don't copy and paste... paraphrase! lolz

    thats pretty hard.
im assuming you have to write a thesis etc? what type of essay is it?
and yeah just make 3 reasons (two ive gathered from people here)
    -the supreme court interprets decisions
-general court system (including lawyers, judges, the whole shebang)
i think you would need more than what i've stated. thats a hard topic.
