The government is made up of three branches. Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. They made three so no one branch can have to much power thus not not raping your rights.

As set up in the Constitution, it assures that Government does not overstep the limited powers granted to it, and assures the freedoms guaranteed to the people are respected by both the Federal and State Government. The lack of interference was suppose to be guaranteed by lifetime appointments at the Federal Level, so they could not be pressured politically on how to rule.

In reality, over the past 50 years, special interests money has taken over the Government. Politicians appoint the Judges and confirm them. To get a promotion, Judges must demonstrate pro special interest rulings. Thus, the Federal System no longer supports the people's right over special interest groups or big business, as they must comport to these groups desires to assure advancement in their careers.

    Hows does that sound?
