WTF?! Account fraud!?!

I have been a loyal lockerz member for a while. All the the ptz I've earned were all legit, no bots or anything. So, I decided to take advantage of double shop PTZ, and I ordered 2 shirts for free using my ptz. I get the confirmation emails and all that. Today, I get an email talking about my orders were canceled because they detected account fraud. They also said the ptz I spent will not be refunded, and its a final decision. WTF?! I didnt do anything wrong! I'm 100% legit! Anybody else get wrongly acccused? What happened? I swear I'm gonna give up with this bullshit site!!!

funny thing is i redeemed for a $25 paypal and bought something for 80c before and all i have don is playing those fucking videos and answering dailies.
