Shop Shipping Confirmation?

I redeemed something from the shop and payed for it and the shipping using my ptz. I got the initial confirmation which stated that it would ship in 10-17 days. That was June 30. I was wondering if they did ship it if I would get an email for it, and if they didn't ship it for x reason, would they tell me?

I been looking around the forums at order/ship dates and it seems like it could take over 2 weeks.
And yes they email you if they cancel your order or if its shipped

It's probably because of the private redemption they had when you buy something in the shop. A lot of stuff was sold out, so I guess they're back-ordered on everything. Will thanks you guys tomorrow.

I ordered something from the store and asked about it because I thought something went wrong. What I was told is that it can take 10 too 17 business days (I goofed when I emailed them and forgot that part) for an order to ship out. Recently I got my shipping information and had placed my order within the 10 - 17 business day window.

So if you placed the order on June 30th, 10 business day would be today July 14th and 17 business days would be on July 23rd.

Ohhh it's business days, forgot about that.

my order from june 28th just shipped yesterday, but and order from july 9th got shipped yesterday too, so 3 business days for that one.
they probably just ship when ever they want to.

Don't be surprised if they cancel it and say you cheated.

Oh well I cheated all of them, 10kish lol. Never got banned for my dot/plus trick/catchall referrals.

True..Canceled mine for no reason. Total legit account, watched videos and answered question and my prize was canceled. All is good because I reported them to BBB.org. Can't wait to hear their explanation for canceling it.
