We may be God?

So, I just finished watching this very interesting piece on the Science channel with Morgan Freeman. It was the first episode of his new show Through the Wormhole. It was pretty impressive. The title of this episode was Is there a creator? And he took a bunch of scientist and such and had them give their ideas on God. But the most interesting one to me was the last guy. Basicly, they go into how computers work, and how simulations are made on them. Then they start showing the parallels to reality. They show how our world is pixelated, which means that our universe is finite. And then how it compares to the simulation.

And then they go in on things in nature really close and shows how its pixelated just like a computer created image. And he shows how that in about 50 years our computers should have the ability to produce God. Our computers are already very close to surpassing the abilities of the human mind. Anyway, he takes a box, and sticks a brain in it along with a laptop. Then he says what if one day t here is no way to differentiate between who is giving the answers? The end result is he is saying that its quite possible that 50 years from now we would possess all the defining characteristics that he claims you need to be considered God. And then poses the idea that maybe we are living in a simulation created by the us of the future. Anyway it was pretty impressive.

So what do you all think? Could it be possible that we are God? Well maybe eventually anyway..

no, it means some all powerful deity doesn't exist but we were created from cells over billions of years. Kinda like has been proven already
