let's hear it tc. do you think ganja should be legalized?

Legalize it ye-ah ye-ah and don't you critic-ize it.

I'm in the middle, my parents smoke teh ganja daily....fuckin stoners. My mom has a medical marijuana card and they grow it...so...yeah why not.

I think it should be legal. People are gonna smoke it anyway, if it was legal it would clear up the jails for more serious crimes, be able to be taxed and help the economy.

Most likely yes. There are some issues that would need to be addressed though first (or in the legislation to make it legal).

1) How to test for "high driving" -
2) What to do with people currently in jail...They broke the law, do they just get out or what? What about people that had Marijuana charges + something else with it? Do they get a whole new sentencing? That could overload the already overloaded court system.
3) age limits? What age? 18? 21?

Also - for you noobs that actually care about this and think its an important issue (which its not), you need to start your fight with the prison unions...From what I've heard/read they dump tons of money into lobbying to keep it illegal since making it legal would make a lot of guards unemployed. *I could be wrong on this*

Also - stop voting for douche bag democrats. If you really want pot legal start voting in some libertarians!

I see it being legal soon.... It can bring it quite a bit of revenue (no matter what Fox says)

2. They broke the law while it was still illegal, so they should keep the prison time they have left

The effects of too much alcohol are far worse then any amount of pot.
Age limit? 18, it's smoking not drinking.
When you buy something and a year later it drops in price $500, do you get that $500 back? Nope. They stay in jail.
