New rules

Here is the deal, we have had more scamming going on TC. We are trying to avoid this, and have posted lots of stuff about using middle men and such. As much as we hate telling ppl what to do......we got some new rules.

In order to buy/sell anything on this site, you

A) Have to be a sub, or have been on here for at least 3 months with a significant amount of posts - it'll be an admin's/moderator's decision. Not only do you have to be a sub, but again be here for at least 3 months.

B) Use a middle man that is a part of the staff. The staff member has to give you the OK to make this thread

C) Your bumps can only be done once every three days

Sorry to have to do this, but maybe this will keep some of the scammers out.

Specifically Prohibited Items

These items are not allowed to be bought, traded, or sold in the TC marketplace:

- Microsoft Product Keys


Paypal Blacklist.

Do not make any payments to these emails. This list will be updated as the scammers are caught.

If you want to buy or sell but do not have a sub and active you must contact [B], he is the buy/sell section mods. He will either deny, or bring it to Ice who will make final decision.

What if me and wired traded money... Like he gave me $10 on full tilt poker and I gave him $10 decaptcha money... it already happened and we are both satisfied... but do we have to do that through a staff?... because that means the staff would have to create a fulltilt poker account, have money transferred to them and then have the decaptcha money transferred to them... etc etc etc

If it is someone you have already delt with, and trust them, then that is fine. I am talking about new ppl. If you don't hang out in the chat box, and don't post, then you need to talk to an admin or staff member.

this just applies to making selling threads on TC. If you choose to sell to each other outside TC, of course we have no say, but we also won't waste our time investigating it if you got scammed.
