I was told to contact ICE, who doesn't take PMs, so I'm guessing this will be the best way of doing so...

so everybody needs to get b/s/t threads approved correct? That was my understanding, like even people like me who have been here for 3+ months and are subs?

No. You can ONLY buy/sell/trade without approval if you are a subscriber and have been here for more than 3 months.
