    Angry I hate eBay...

I sold a Playstation 3 Infamous 2 320 GB Bundle, that I got from Lockerz, on eBay. The purchaser filed a dispute claiming he hadn't received the item yet, which was true, but I provided a tracking number with proof that it was on it's way. In spite of that, eBay decided in his favor and refunded his money. To top it all off the fees were outrageous, so I am now around $300 in debt because of all of this.

Yeah I dont trust ebay anymore.. They are total scammers now.. If I send something on ebay I get the money first and always ship UPS... UPS has this deal where they take a picture of item and the lady will notarize something saying whats in the box and all... I think most Post Offices will do it too.. But I know the lady at the UPS store so she always does it for me for free ..

That sucks but the main question should be, why didnt you ship it right away

I havent bought or sold on ebay for years now. Fees are totally outlandish and most products I can find elsewhere online for either cheaper or close the the same price. Just not worth dealing with unknowns on ebay.

Don't trust eBay. They put my account on hold after selling a bunch of online tickets. There is no proof to show because they were all codes... I am a 100% Positive Feedback Bronze PowerSeller top-rated seller and have been on eBay 8+ years. All of my ratings are all 4.8+.

Ebay gives you like 7 days to ship the item, how long did you wait to ship?

It took 17 days. You are allowed to increase the expected handling time when you list an item up to 30 days. It's not really that I waited. I had it shipped straight from Lockerz.

If you are going to sell a digital item on ebay.. You need to mail it on a peice of paper and have it tracked.. You can do bulk tracking on a lot of envelopes pretty cheap

You should appeal. Some guy tried to scam me by using a gift card I sold him then saying it didn't work so he could get his money back and a gift card for free. At first ebay sided with him but I appealed and showed that I had proof that he had redeemed it long after I shipped it and they sided with me and didn't give him the refund after all. I would think you would be fine if you appeal and show you have a tracking number and maybe have proof of the weight so you can tell it's about the weight of a PS3. With that said, it seems ebay doesn't really care much about their sellers

I did appeal, but they denied it.
